2017 Redecorating - Start Of Work

The latest redecorating of Heron Island starts today, 5th June. Last time the work was carried out over two years, so for some properties this is only three years after their last redecoration. Hopefully after the completion of the current work, everyone should be back into the same four-yearly cycle.

This time the redecorating is being carried out by Hankinson Painting Contractors. Contact details for their key staff have been circulated to HIRA members.

Work is planned to be carried out in the following sequence:

Block one:    Houses 23 to 29

Block two:    Houses 30 to 41

Block three:  Houses 42 to 48

Block four:   Houses 1 to 14

Block five:   Houses 15 to 22
